Job Description

At Vinofactum we are passionate about bringing natural wines from familyrun vineyards in Central & Eastern Europe to the forefront of the gastronomy world. We partner with visionary winemakers who focus on sustainability quality and authenticity. Our growing partner portfolio already includes over 40 gastronomy clients including some of Berlins most renowned restaurants bars and cafs.

We are now seeking a Sales Representative to help drive our business forward and become a passionate ambassador for the value and flavorpacked wines from these exciting regions.

Tasks

What Youll Do

  • Client Management: Take over and nurture our existing 35 gastronomy clients ensuring their needs are met and relationships grow stronger.
  • Sales Expansion: Drive new business by identifying and onboarding new gastronomy clients from trendsetting restaurants to buzzing wine bars.
  • Brand Representation: Be the face of Vinofactum for our B2B clients embodying our mission and values in every interaction.
  • Tastings & Events: Host regular tastings for end customers both at partner venues and at exclusive events sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for natural wine.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with our marketing team by producing engaging content including short videos to tell the stories of our wines and gastronomy partners.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay plugged into the gastronomy scene keeping a pulse on emerging trends to help refine our portfolio and offerings.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with the founder of Vinofactum and our expert marketing team while enjoying opportunities to regularly visit wineries and wine fairs across Europe.

Optional:

  • Stock Management: Oversee and optimize stock levels to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Deliveries: Manage weekly deliveries to our clients in Berlin.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Youre fluent in both German and English confident in navigating Berlins gastronomy scene.
  • Gastronomy Savvy: You have a deep understanding of the food and wine world with existing connections and insight into the latest trends.
  • Sales Oriented: Youre a natural networker with a proven ability to drive sales close deals and maintain strong relationships.
  • Passion for Natural Wine: You share our enthusiasm for lowintervention wines and the stories of the winemakers behind them.
  • Adaptable & SelfDriven: You thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment and are motivated to take ownership of your work.
  • Logistical Strength: You have experience in stock management and are organized when it comes to overseeing deliveries and invoicing
  • Driving License: A valid drivers license is a strong plus for managing deliveries around Berlin but not a must.
