1. Flight & Charter Booking: Research book and confirm international flights ensuring optimal itineraries and ensuring travel preferences are met. Coordinate charter plane bookings when needed including liaising with charter services and managing all logistics. Majority of travel will be on private charter planes; therefore the candidate will need to demonstrate ability to be able to coordinate with service providers and be aware of the terms under which contracts have been signed with them. 2. Hotel & Accommodation Coordination: Reserve hotels and other accommodations that align with the principals preferences ensuring a high level of comfort convenience and security. Work directly with hotel management and concierge teams to ensure specific needs are met (e.g. special requests dietary requirements). 3. Ground Transportation Coordination: Coordinate all ground transportation including car services drivers and local transport ensuring the principal has smooth timely transfers at each destination. Ensure the transport arrangements align with the principals schedule and preferences. Candidate will have to proactively think through the principals schedule and plan in advance to ensure convenience pricing and preferences are all taken in to consideration
4. OntheGround Support & Concierge Services: Work closely with local concierge teams to arrange for any special requests such as restaurant reservations entertainment or unique experiences. Ensure that all logistics on the ground are handled with precision and discretion. 5. Advance Coordination: Proactively coordinate with offices team members and contacts at the destination to ensure all aspects of the principals itinerary are covered including meetings events or any special arrangements. Ensure that all local arrangements (e.g. transportation accommodations and services) are confirmed in advance to prevent any lastminute issues. 6. Itinerary Management: Prepare and maintain detailed itineraries ensuring all travel logistics are seamlessly integrated. Provide ongoing updates to the principal and relevant team members ensuring any changes or adjustments are communicated promptly. 7. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Act as the point of contact for any travel disruptions lastminute changes or emergencies ensuring quick resolutions and minimal impact on the principals schedule. Be available to address any unexpected issues that may arise during travel. This may involve being available on oddhours basis the time zone and the
