Job Summary:
Lead the Direct Business segment with a focus on secured and unsecured loan products including Loan Against Property (LAP) and Business Loans (BL). Drive business strategies manage teams and ensure operational excellence within a sales contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for the Direct Business vertical to meet organizational goals.
- Manage and lead a sales contact center team to achieve targets for secured and unsecured loan products (LAP & BL).
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to optimize business strategies.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and mentorship.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA/Bachelor's in Business Sales or Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in a leadership role within a sales contact center preferably in a D2C financial services environment handling both secured and unsecured loan products.
