Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Intern to join our team and help expand our presence on Upwork & various platforms by identifying and engaging with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients on Upwork based on project requirements.
- Craft personalized proposals to clients that align with their needs and our services.
- Manage and maintain Upwork profiles to ensure they are optimized and uptodate.
- Track and report on the status of submitted proposals and client communication.
- Collaborate with the team to understand service offerings and refine pitching strategies.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up where necessary.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Upwork and freelance marketplaces.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Excellent research and organizational skills.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools or strategies is a plus.
- Availability to dedicate X hours per week to the internship.
