Job Summary:
Design implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions to support human capital management processes.
Lead the customization and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions that meet specific business needs.
Develop and manage integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to facilitate data flow between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.
Use Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to build and extend applications enhancing core HCM functionalities.
Design implement and manage BPM workflows to automate and optimize HR processes.
Oversee data migration reporting and analytics within Oracle HCM ensuring data accuracy.
Collaborate with HR IT and crossfunctional teams to capture requirements execute solutions and support endusers.
Troubleshoot and address technical issues offering both proactive and reactive support to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
Stay informed of Oracle HCM updates and best practices identifying areas for optimization and recommending enhancements to drive operational excellence.
Must have a minimum of 7 years experience in Oracle HCM with demonstrated expertise in OIC VBCS and BPM workflows.
Must have deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud including modulespecific functionalities HCM data models and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications include Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) and experience with other Oracle Cloud modules and ERP systems.
