Key Responsibilities: > Conduct Induction training for all Relationship Managers from Partnership Distribution DBS channel Pan India Direct channel DSF West Zone ( LOY & NPS ) > JFW support to new on boarded relation manager for early success. > Conduct roadmap training session and refresher training for stake holder based on TNA. > Conducting product & refresher training for Inbound & outbound contact center Collaborated with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training plans
