VOIP Development Support.
1. Candidate Responsibility /SCOPE:
Activities:
Design and development for VoIP service in ONTs/Home devices.
Support and maintenance
Deliverables :
Feature development
Bug fixing
New feature
Unit testing
Functional testing.

JD Voice Development
# Strong development & debugging understanding on C / C in multi process/ threaded environment with following skills
Strong understanding on VoIP(SIP/H248) T38 SIP over TCP VoLTE voice quality/QoS DSP Voice codecs RTP/RTCP RFC2833 and Management protocols: OMCI TR098/TR104.
Good Understanding RJ11 Zinterface specs.
Well versed with debugging tools like SIPP Wireshark Valgrid SIPP Tool Valgrind Memory Profiling Tool GDB.
understanding different SoC Architecture including 32 bit 64bit and respective tool chains and able to collaborate with different Vendors to make the solution up and running.
strong understanding on Linux IPC techniques user space and kernel space deep understanding and good understanding on network architecture is preferred
Understanding of IPV4/IPV6 addressing and TCP/IP and basic understanding of L2/L3 routing.
Working on GPON technologies is added advantage.

Experience in VoIP related product testing ( FTTx Access gateway softswitch or IMS).
Strong technical background of VoIP related protocols such as SIP H.248 T38 RTP etc Familiar with voice test instrument such abacus fax/modem
Core knowledge in IMS VoLTE VoIP SIP Testing domain voice quality/QoS DSP Voice codecs RTP/RTCP RFC2833 and Management protocols: OMCI TR098/TR104.

Hands of Experience in Testing / Traffic Simulation Tools (Spirent/Voice Testing tool)
Exposure to Test Automation hands on experience in automation development in Python & Shell and automation frame work like Robot Selenium.
Strong Knowledge in Testing Concepts & Methodologies Test Strategy & Test Plan.
Analytical skills and problemsolving aptitude
