Job Description
- Quality Assurance & Control:
- Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the production line.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to industry and company standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Introduce automation and advanced technologies to minimize defects and rework.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Create and maintain quality documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and inspection protocols.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Root Cause Analysis:
- Perform root cause analysis for quality defects and implement effective solutions.
- Use tools such as 8D FMEA and Six Sigma methodologies for problemsolving.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with design production and supply chain teams to align quality goals with operational objectives.
- Train and mentor staff on quality best practices and ensure their adherence.
- Supplier Quality Management:
- Evaluate supplier quality processes and ensure raw materials meet required specifications.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve qualityrelated issues.
- Reporting & Metrics:
- Monitor and analyze key quality metrics such as s rates defect trends and cost of quality.
- Present findings and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
