Job Description
Job Objective:
Candidate will be responsible to provide all data center operational support related to core banking and middleware administration and leading implementation activities across the Bank. Should lead the Linux portfolio in the bank.
Candidate will be responsible to provide all data center operational support related to core banking and middleware administration and leading implementation activities across the Bank. Should lead the Linux portfolio in the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Support of Core Banking Infrastructure & Middleware:
- Performing system administration with respect to EXALOGIC & EXADATA
- Performing Linux Operating System Administration & Configuration
- Authentication server s Administration & Configuration
- Oracle hardware ILOM Administration configuration and management
- Effective troubleshooting and Problemsolving of daytoday support
- Routine Linux System maintenance and performance tuning & monitoring.
- Support activities included installation configuration and troubleshooting
- Provide production systems administration coordinate with DB & App Team
- Develop policies procedures and processes to maintain system security
- Review Create and maintain documentation for Linux configuration system mappings processes and service records.
- Working with designated deadlines exhibiting professional business practices and demonstrating the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Oracle Exalogic Hardware Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
- Oracle Traffic Director Configuration and Troubleshooting.
- Oracle EMOC Administration configuration and management
- WEBLOGIC Cluster administration and management
- Infrastructure Administration T24/OSB/FCM/TCIB/TCMB/IRIS/ATM
- Oracle Traffic Director LAN/APP/WAN Administration & Configuration
- IDM infrastructure Administration & Configuration
- OAM/OID/Reg Administration & Configuration
- Oracle PSU hardware or Software Patches deployment & updates
- Coordination with Security Unit and applying fixes & updates
- Coordination with internal or external auditors and fixing observations
- Coordination with Oracle support and vendors
- Ensure Infrastructure uptime & stability
- Maintain & uptodate documentation of the Complete Oracle Stack
- Team Management resource planning and 24x7 support
Compliance Reporting and security:
- Monitor manage and assess the efficiency and usage of Servers and develop action plans for improvement.
- Implement and ensure full compliance with the policies and procedures
- Implementation of various projects initiated by the Bank
- Report to ITIM the status of all events as per the escalation procedures.
- Teamwork with DB Application & Support
- Ensure endtoend solutions security associated with infrastructure
- Effective change management at PR & DR
- Coordination with Security Team & Audit team
Implementations:
- Lead Bank solutions implementations associated with IT Infrastructure
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and coordination with vendors and internal team
- AWS Cloud & Oracle Cloud strategy and migration
- Backup & Recovery strategy of coreBanking solutions
- Must ensure high availability and disaster recovery
- VMWare to KVM migration
Requirements
- Bachelor s in IT/ Engineering/ Computer Science
- Must be RHCSA or RHCE certified and Cloud Certified (AWS or OCI)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent in a large organization with multibranch architecture.
- Must have a good knowledge of IT infrastructure standards.
- Basic Hands on experience in EXALOGIC EMOC EMCC OVM & relevant technologies.
- Basic administration knowledge of EXALOGIC / EXADATA & Oracle ZFS.
- Must have strong knowledge & handson experience of Linux Administration
- Handson experience in administering load balancers such as Oracle Traffic Director
- Handson experience in administering WebLogic 12C
- Ability to work independently on projects and duties without constant supervision.
- Exhibits and upholds the Bank s values and social performance objectives.
- Must be familiar with Linux Baseline Security WebLogic Security & Auditing
- Strong Linux administration & configuration skills

Education
Minimum Bachelors and preferably Masters in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent in a large organization with multi-branch architecture.
