Role Summary
Teacher Created Materials Business Support Analyst will provide Tier 1 support for Salesforce EDI and Echovera OCR tools. This position reports to the Sr. Director Business Solutions and must have strong troubleshooting and communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Tier 1 Support Support the Sr. Salesforce Administrator by providing frontline user support in the following areas:
- User Setup & Password Resets
- Account & Contact Assignments and Reassignments
- Form Layout Changes
- Validation Rules
- Field & Pick List Maintenance
- Email Notification Maintenance
- Flow design build & test
- List View Updates
- Report Build & maintenance
- Upload Trade forecasted opportunities
- Other requests as needed
2. EDI Support Provide Backup support for the primary EDI specialist
- Troubleshoot EDI errors in TrueCommerce Celigo NetSuite
- Write functional specifications for EDI enhancements and mapping changes
- Provide QA support for testing EDI onboarding enhancements and mapping
- Other requests as needed
3. Trade automation tools: Echovera support
- Provide support for onboarding additional customers onto the OCR tool for order entry automation
- Troubleshoot process or technical errors and coordinate resolution with the vendor through the ticketing process
- Other requests as needed
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Administrator tasks including Lightning Setup Object Manager Flows Email Notifications and Reports.
- Experience working in a multichannel distribution company is preferred.
- A Bachelor s degree in any field is preferred.
- A high level of detail awareness
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred but SAP MS Dynamics and Epicor are OK) and a basic understanding of the Quote to Cash process.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new business concepts and work within a team to design and deliver a solution to a business problem in Salesforce or another set of systems.
- Ontarget time management and ability to work with strict deadlines.
- A wellrefined planning and organizing system for task management.
