Key Responsibilities:
- Smart Hands & Eyes Support: Provide onsite assistance for hardware and software issues including PC breakfix and repair services.
- IMAC Services: Handle Install Move Add and Change (IMAC) requests efficiently.
- Asset Management: Manage capital assets including inventory management equipment disposal and the PC replacement program.
- Project Management: Assist in various IT projects ensuring timely execution and adherence to standards.
- Meeting & Collaboration Services: Provide support for large virtual meetings and onsite meeting setups including CEO webcasts.
- Concierge Support for VIPs: Deliver specialized support for executivelevel users with a focus on exceptional service.
- Data Recovery Services: Assist users in recovering lost data and managing backup solutions.
- Kiosk Support: Maintain and troubleshoot kiosk systems as needed.
- Cable Patching Service: Ensure structured cabling is correctly installed and maintained for network devices.
- Documentation & Reporting: Record technical issues and solutions in logs; assist in creating technical documentation for processes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Familiarity with enduser computing environments (EUCE) covering IMAC incident management and inventory control.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a customeroriented attitude.
- Experience with network devices/services IMAC and telephony IMAC.
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting effectively.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear instructions to users.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Handson experience with desktop hardware software installations upgrades and configurations.
- Knowledge of network security practices and antivirus programs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems (spare pool loaner pool).
- Familiarity with control selfassessments (CSA) and audit services
Monitoring, responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the Helpdesk Managing requests delivery - first in first out based on priority and ensuring client s SLA s are continuously exceeded Updating the status of the requests using Ticketing system Software Coordinate and dispatch engineers to site.
