We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hunter Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This role is crucial in identifying pursuing and closing new business opportunities within the data services ecosystem. You will be an individual contributor responsible for driving and closing sales for new logos and fostering strong client relationships. This position is preferred to be based out of the Chicago IL area.
Essential Duties
Thoroughly understand and communicate the BBI value proposition capabilities and core strengths to clients with a passion to help them be successful in their initiatives.
Demonstrate understanding customer challenges and being able to align and bridge that to BBI services solution capabilities and offerings.
Lead the sales proposal process by collaborating with our internal BBI team to provide effective smart solutions to solve the clients problems.
Actively and aggressively identify qualify and pursue to closure new business logos and opportunities.
Set sales goals selfplan and execute to ensure targets are met on a quarterly basis.
Research and identify competitor strengths and weaknesses to effectively articulate BBI s competitive advantages.
Perform all measurable sales activities (cold calls client outreach client visits connections leads conferences etc.) to identify sales opportunity with the goal of closing deals.
Build strong trusting client relationships at multiple organizational levels in new accounts.
Create winning proposals that convey the business solution delivery methodology resource requirements and overall value proposition.
Negotiate and close deals to maximize Revenue and Profitability.
Build successful strategies to meet or exceed your assigned quotas of both net new sales and existing new account growth that you ve established.
Over 5 Years of demonstrated selling of IT Professional Technology solutions in Data & Engineering spaces.
Demonstrated sales numbers and evidence that sales quotas were met or exceeded in past companies.
Proven hunter approach for identifying qualifying and closing for new logos.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles with a strong preference for experience in the data consulting services industry.
Indepth knowledge of Data Engineering and Data Consulting services.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.

Able to negotiate terms and conditions handle objections and build mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
