Foster Transition Innovation & Excellence: Focus on continuous process improvement by identifying areas and participate in team and organization wide initiatives.
Talent Management (People Mgmt.): Creates career development & succession planning and mentors key personnel in the practice.
Transition Planning: Create a comprehensive plan covering timeline resource allocation and budget; for respective transition project.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in endtoend transition
Good grasp of Project Management to deliver successful endtoend transitions/projects.
Strong team player with serviceoriented attitude and customer focus. Excellent Stakeholder Management must be confident and comfortable dealing with middle to top management.
Selfstarter and can drive closure of activities even with minimum level of support.
Organized and has keen attention to details. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities.
Onsite work setup. Must be able to work well in a highpressure environment. Must be flexible and willing to work in varying shifts night shift included.
