Multilingual Customer Support Representative
Location: Athens Greece
Are you a natural communicator with a passion for helping others Do you have fluency in any of the following languages: Czech Danish Dutch Finnish German Icelandic Japanese Italian Norwegian Polish or Spanish If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in beautiful Athens Greece!
About the Role
As a Multilingual Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers assisting them with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an international environment and contribute to a supportive inclusive and customerfocused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone email or chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
- Document and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product and service information to ensure accurate assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the following languages: Czech Danish Dutch Finnish German Icelandic Japanese Italian Norwegian Polish or Spanish.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or above) for internal communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customeroriented mindset with a problemsolving attitude.
- Basic technical skills and ability to adapt to new software tools.
