We are seeking a dedicated and serviceminded Icelandicspeaking customer service agent to join us in Greece!
Workplace: From our office in Athens Greece
Start Date: ASAP
As a customer service agent youll be part of a dynamic Icelandic team handling inquiries from customers for big international brands .
Your primary tasks will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.
Recording and updating customer data in our system.
Qualifications:
Fluent or C2 level in Icelandic(written and spoken).
English C1 level.
Strong communication skills and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle challenges.
Good technical skills.
