As a Customer Advisor youll provide exceptional support resolve queries efficiently build strong relationships and exceed quality goalsall while contributing to a positive customer experience and team improvement.

Native or high level of theNorwegian language (C2)
Intermediate level ofEnglish(at least B2) both verbal and written
Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills attentive listening and superior writing skills
Analytical and problem solvingskills with strong attention to detail
Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
