As a Procurement Professional you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process for the company. You will be responsible for sourcing negotiating and purchasing goods and services to meet the organizations needs while ensuring costeffective solutions and maintaining highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality price and delivery capabilities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Review purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods/services.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential costsaving opportunities.
Manage relationships with key suppliers and participate in supplier performance evaluations.
Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Procurement Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management roles.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulatory requirements.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
Professional certifications such as CSCP CPSM or CIPS are a plus.
