This is an entrylevel role within a dynamic rotational professional development program. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the lighting industry and gain indepth knowledge of lighting controls and fixtures while training in essential skills such as ERP systems and industryspecific expertise. The program is designed for those with little experience but eager to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotational Training Program: Participate in a comprehensive yearlong training program rotating through various departments to gain handson experience with:
- Product knowledge focusing on lighting controls and fixtures
- Industryspecific standards and trends
- ERP system training to manage orders and customer data
- Sales processes and customer relationship management
- Sales Development: As part of the program you will develop the skills to become a lighting agent supporting sales efforts and learning how to manage customer accounts and close deals.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams across the business to understand how each department supports the overall company mission and growth.
- PerformanceBased Bonus: At the end of the year your role and performance will be evaluated to determine the best fit within the company. You will also be eligible for a bonus ranging from 10%50% of your base salary based on profitability and performance metrics.
