Mandatory Education/Certifications:
BSc/BA in IT Computer Science or relevant field.
Certifications:
Required to hold ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification.
Required to hold BMC Certified Professional certification.
(A Copy of certification is required)
Mandatory Experience:
Must have at least four (4) years of experience in administering maintaining and developing BMC Helix IT Service Management Software.
Job Description/RolesResponsibilities:
Responsible for leading the service management team using BMC Helix software ensuring optimal configuration customization and operation.
Ensure that the service desk operations align with organizational IT service management strategies and practices.
