Job Description:
10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations configuration and support.
Extensive experience in multiple SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central Performance & Goals Compensation Recruiting Learning Succession & Development and Talent Management.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices within the context of SAP SuccessFactors.
Proven experience with full lifecycle implementations and project management including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP or thirdparty solutions.
Expertise in data migration system integration and user training for SuccessFactors solutions.
Experience in managing and leading crossfunctional teams working closely with business users project managers and other stakeholders.
Indepth knowledge of SuccessFactors best practices implementation methodologies and Agile project delivery.
Strong problemsolving troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and clients.
SAP SuccessFactors certification (Certified Professional or Master) is highly preferred.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration with SuccessFactors is a plus.
