Job Title: SAP Plant and Maintenance Specialist Location: Kolkata West Bengal India Salary:per annum Job Type: Fulltime (Remote option not available) Experience Required: Minimum 6 years Roles & Responsibilities As an SAP Plant and Maintenance Specialist you will be responsible for the following: Implementing configuring and maintaining SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translating them into functional specifications Conducting system testing and supporting endusers during the golive phase Providing training and support to staff on SAP Plant Maintenance processes Troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in the SAP PM module Developing and managing maintenance schedules and strategies Collaborating with the IT team to ensure system performance and reliability Generating and analyzing reports to support decisionmaking processes Mandatory Requirements Candidates must meet the following requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance with a strong understanding of the SAP ERP system Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP PM solutions Solid understanding of maintenance processes asset management and related technologies Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with crossfunctional teams Preferred Skills or Education Requirements The following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor s degree in Engineering Information Technology or a related field SAP PM certification or relevant SAP training Experience with integration of SAP PM with other ERP modules (e.g. MM SD) Knowledge of industry best practices in maintenance and asset management Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus Proficiency in project management methodologies If you meet the above criteria and are ready to take on a challenging role that contributes to the success of our clients we invite you to apply.
