We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role you will focus on building and managing relationships with our most important clients ensuring their needs are met while driving growth and profitability for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales excellent negotiation skills and the ability to develop longterm strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for assigned accounts to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
Opportunity Identification: Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities within existing accounts aligning our solutions with the clients business objectives.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close complex sales deals ensuring alignment between client needs and company offerings.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and the sales team.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on client needs.
Performance Monitoring: Track account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management highlighting achievements challenges and growth opportunities.
Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our products and services enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 5 years of experience in sales or account management with a focus on strategic accounts or enterpriselevel clients.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving sales targets.
Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with highvalue clients.
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute longterm account plans.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools.
