Brief Job Summary:
You are responsible for creating and designing as well as delivering various marketing programs towards supporting the growth and expansion of an organization s products and services especially via the Internet.
Key Duties & Job Responsibilities
- Overall Project Management and Compliance
- Plan execute and manage digital marketing campaigns (Paid ads ).
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and targets.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives and formats.
- Collaborate with the communications & creative team to develop compelling ad copy graphics and videos that effectively communicate the value of our products & services.
- Utilize platformspecific targeting options to reach the right audience segments
- Track and analyze key metrics such as impressions clicks conversions and cost per acquisition (CPA) to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales product and learning & development to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Understand the workings of Google Ads programs towards promoting appropriately the profit goal of the organization
- Work with the right teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions including A/B testing of different page elements.
- Lead management of the digital touchpoints of the organization
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certifications or equivalent
Years of Experience:
- 3 year of relevant marketing experience managing google ads twitter ads and Meta ads accounts
Skills required to perform the Job:
- Possess a good understanding of digital production and marketing strategies
- Possess proven experience in innovative digital campaign and effective service delivery
- Possess proven experience in digital assets delivery
- Ability to manage microsites social media applications and online ads.
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices
- Possess a solid understanding of social media marketing and paid campaigns.
- Ability to handle digital analysis and web metrics duties (Google Analytics proficiency)
- Ability to deliver on deadline
- Possess very strong communication skills both written and verbal
