We are seeking a strategic and resultsoriented Marketing Manager to join our leadership team. This pivotal role focuses on developing and executing impactful marketing strategies enhancing brand presence and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across the full marketing mix including performance marketing SEO website management and lead generation and is adept at process optimization to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee all marketing channels including content SEO performance marketing email social media events and process optimization.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adjust campaigns and improve positioning.
2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google LinkedIn and other platforms to drive qualified leads.
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement datadriven optimizations for maximum ROI.
3. Website Creation & Management
- Oversee website development and ensure that content functionality and design align with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with designers developers and content creators to enhance the website experience for lead generation.
- Implement process improvements to ensure regular updates and user experience enhancements.
4. SEO & Agency Management
- Lead SEO strategies and collaborate with external agencies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance and guide agencies in making datadriven decisions.
- Establish processes for tracking and optimizing key SEO metrics.
5. Content & Brand Management
- Drive the creation of highquality content across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency with brand voice and identity.
- Develop processes to ensure efficient content production and management.
- Evaluate content performance to enhance audience engagement and brand positioning.
6. Social Media & Community Engagement
- Create and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee the development of creative content and management of online communities.
- Establish processes for timely and effective social media response management.
7. Email Marketing & Customer Retention
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Analyze email performance and establish workflows for consistent improvement.
8. Event Planning & Management
- Plan organize and execute events that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Optimize event planning processes for seamless execution and promotion.
9. Process Development & Optimization
- Establish and refine marketing processes to improve efficiency and accountability across campaigns and initiatives.
- Create workflows for crossfunctional collaboration reporting and goal tracking.
10. Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with sales product and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
