Report into Group General Manager.

Requirements
Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and
marketing strategies to maximize revenue increase brand awareness and maintain a competitive
edge in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and build relationships with key corporate clients travel agents and event
- planners.
- Manage group bookings and negotiate contracts.
2. Marketing Strategy:
- Create marketing campaigns to promote hotel services events and packages.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media SEO and paid ads.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
3. Team Management:
- Lead and train sales and marketing teams.
- Set performance goals and monitor achievements.
4. Collaboration:
- Work with F&B events and frontoffice teams to align promotional efforts.
- Coordinate with external vendors for branding and advertising needs.
5. Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or Hospitality Management (preferred).
