- Answering phones and giving guests all information about the hotel.
- Making reservations welcoming guests to the hotel opening accounts and entering the customers expenses into these accounts.
- To convey all kinds of information about the guests needs and the duration of their stay at the hotel to other departments in the hotel (Housekeeping Food & Beverage).
- To collect guest invoices and give them to the Manager at the end of the day along with accounting and statistical information.
- Dealing with reservations and information requests made to the hotel by email fax or telephone and recording all confirmed reservations in the computer system.
- Reporting to the FO Manager.
- Checks unpaid debts and follows up on them.
- Optimizes the hotels average room rate and the hotels occupancy rate.
- Checks your cash register.
- Issues guest invoices and collects these invoices.
