For this job posting we are looking for talented and dynamic team members to work for the Bosch Home Comfort product group.
- Respond to customer complaints received through various channels including telephone email social media and webchat.
- Investigate complaint cases identify solutions and collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
- Provide regular updates to customers throughout the resolution process and ensure followup after the issue is resolved.
- Offer inbound support as needed to assist with customer inquiries.
- Participate in all relevant training sessions to stay updated on the companys products and customer service processes.
Qualifications :
- Associates degree from relevant departments of universities.
- Experience in complaint management preferably with social media complaint handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong problemsolving abilities.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Manisa or zmir.
