- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize the supply chain network.
- Coordinate and monitor the entire supply chain including procurement transportation and distribution.
- Coordinate the daily operations of warehouses ensure materials are loaded and delivered on time.
- Handling incoming and outgoing shipments filing all relevant shipping documents and preparing reports.
- Ensure shipping receiving and delivery operations as per requirements of customer laws and regulations.
- Arrange warehouse verify inventory cost timeline etc. for all shipments.
- Provide administrative support for logistics and transportation. Assists in resolving issues in packaging loading/unloading containers transporters etc.
- Collaboration with the transport department the purchasing department the supply department the production department the sales team and any other collaborators involved in the process in order to optimize the logistics chain.
Qualification
- Degree in logistics supply chain management or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of local and international logistics regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
