Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and organized Program Manager / Project Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for leading crossfunctional projects ensuring timely delivery and driving alignment across teams. You will play a key role in planning executing and monitoring projects to meet our business objectives and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans including scope timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering product management sales and customer success teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress identify potential roadblocks and implement corrective actions to ensure ontime delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status milestones and risks to stakeholders facilitating effective decisionmaking and alignment.
- Resource Management: Manage project resources including budgets and team assignments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives and customer expectations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in program or project management preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field; PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall) and tools (e.g. Jira Trello Microsoft Project).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced startup environment and manage crossfunctional teams effectively.
- DetailOriented: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to delivering highquality results.
