Job Description:
- SAP WM Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead and support the implementation configuration and enhancement of SAP WM solutions.
- Design and configure warehouse processes within SAP including goods receipt goods issue inventory management and stock transfers.
- Manage the integration of SAP WM with SAP MM (Materials Management) SD (Sales and Distribution) and LE (Logistics Execution).
- Develop functional specifications for system improvements enhancements and new requirements.
- Conduct detailed business analysis map business processes and drive process optimization.
- Participate in system testing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and postimplementation support.
- Warehouse Process Optimization:
- Evaluate current warehouse operations and identify areas for process improvements efficiency gains and cost reduction.
- Implement solutions for automated material handling systems warehouse automation and realtime tracking.
- Work closely with warehouse staff and managers to ensure the SAP WM system aligns with operational requirements.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP WM resolving issues and answering user queries.
- Monitor system performance and resolve system errors or glitches that impact warehouse operations.
- Assist in user training and documentation to ensure proper use of SAP WM systems.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams (MM SD PP) and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that SAP WM meets business needs.
- Communicate project progress risks and milestones to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) with at least 2 fullcycle SAP WM implementations.
- Strong handson experience with SAP WM configuration including mobile data entry barcode scanning and warehouse layout design.
- Experience integrating SAP WM with other SAP modules (MM SD LE and EWM is a plus).
- Knowledge of warehouse processes such as inventory management goods receipt goods issue stock transfers and material handling.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with an ability to understand complex business processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
