You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe role will be a part of the Order to Cash (O2C) Global Process Owner (GPO) S/4Hana core team. The team will be focused on and engaged in the complete lifecycle of S/4Hana implementation (Confirm/Build & Test/Deployment)
You will be initially responsible for the S/4Hana template design in the O2C space. On following stages you will lead/support build & test phase and move into template s custodian role during deployment & rollouts. Across phases you will assess and articulate business requirements analyse design options seek out and assess solution simplification opportunities where business case justification exists. You will drive the business towards common standard global solution.
The role will be part of O2C GPO cooperate closely with the ERP Together Program Finance HUBs O2C Customer and Credit Services Teams O2C GPO GP&T FRMC and other business and support functions.
Role description:
Lead various stages of the S/4Hana program through its lifecycle (Confirm Build & Test Deployment) in the assigned primary area of O2C responsibility and support the remaining areas of O2C responsibility
Develop test & sign off S/4Hana template
Be the custodian of S/4Hana template s integrity during deployment & localisation (when applicable)
Partner with other O2C GPO pillars and Business to initiate S/4Hana template change requests perform jointly with engaged teams assessment to determine feasibility and contribute input to business benefit
Develop and present (or support the presentation of) proposed S/4Hana template changes to the relevant governance bodies for review and approval
Represent O2C team on ERP Together governance forums
Ensure that global S/4Hana template documentation (ie. GSOPs and BPSDs) is accurate and current
Lead assigned team to ensure activities are properly allocated to respective SMEs deliverables are achieved on timely manner
Ensure people development within assigned team succession planning and objective setting
Be the ambassador of ERP Together program to O2C teams
Requirements:
Degree level or equivalent with 15 years of experience
Deep specialist expertise and knowledge of the O2C Credit Services Processes and how this interacts with the other subprocesses Customer Services Local Markets and Treasury in the endtoend O2C process
Sound understanding of ECC template (CERPS) for O2C solutions
Strong experience of working on transformational global programmes preferably with process and SAP SME experience
Front line team leadership and/or project team leadership experience
Proven record of leading projects through the full life cycle to common project management methodologies
Ability to lead definition of business cases for change including presentation to senior stakeholders
Able to manage multifunctional broadbased/diverse teams in a project and matrix organisation structure
Order to Cash analytical experience (utilising data sources and data mining tools to identify Process/ System/ Data inefficiencies/ opportunities)
Experience writing and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Senior stakeholder management capabilities skills and experience of engaging business customers and thirdparty suppliers
