Duties and Responsibilities
Redirect calls to subject matter experts as defined in protocols
Manage customer interactions in a way that promptly solves customers problems.
Assist customers in verifying billing information collecting payments or resolving service issues.
Personalize an approach to effectively communicate with customers to accommodate needs resolve issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
Identify and generate sales opportunities by promoting additional company products to current customers.
