Location: West Palm Beach FL (4 days in office 1 from home)
About the role:
You will provide essential support to senior Royalty Specialists and the Managing Director of Sales helping to drive increased production streamline lead tracking and enhance the overall customer experience. You will engage directly with clients and their teams ensuring timely communication document management and efficient processing of sales activities. Additionally you will play a key role in CRM management assisting with followups maintaining accurate records and coordinating essential dealrelated tasks to support the teams success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist senior Royalty Specialists in production efforts fostering repeat business and referrals
Cultivate a positive customer experience with music Creatives and their influencers
Handle sameday responses calls and document collection for timely interactions
Manage CRM entries maintain accurate sales records and track all sales activities
Coordinate and schedule customer calls pitch meetings and followups
Facilitate access scheduling and document submission for client accounts
Support timely funding by managing dealrelated pending items
Experience:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong customer service and communication skills with phone handling experience
Proficient in CRM systems and data accuracy
Organizational and multitasking abilities with a detailoriented approach
Collaborative team player able to support senior staff effectively
Selfmotivated adaptable and eager to stay updated on industry trends
Prior experience in sales support administrative roles or music industry preferred
