This is a remote position.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team focusing on assisting nonprofit organizations with payment processing via inbound calls. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless payment experience for our clients fostering positive relationships with nonprofit organizations and supporting our mission to empower communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from nonprofit organizations regarding payment processing inquiries and issues.
Assist clients in completing payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions concerns and providing clear explanations of our payment processes.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of our payment systems policies and nonprofit organizational needs.
Document all interactions in our CRM system ensuring accurate records of client communications and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve paymentrelated issues and enhance service delivery.
Educate clients on the benefits of our payment services and promote additional resources as needed.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and to address any further inquiries.
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using CRM software and payment processing systems.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Passion for supporting nonprofit organizations and understanding their unique needs.
At least 1 year of experience in a call center. 1+ years of experience in a professional office environment.
