Our client a topnotch company specialized in the ecommerce industry is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Strategic Financial Leadership:
Work alongside the CEO and executive team to define and implement the company s financial strategy ensuring it is in line with longterm vision and objectives; additionally assess new business opportunities partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
Deliver financial insights and analyses that support business decisions and enhance profitability.
Create financial models and forecasts to aid in strategic planning including potential IPOs mergers and acquisitions and international growth.
Conduct financial due diligence valuation and integration for mergers acquisitions and strategic investments.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Oversee the annual budgeting process longterm financial planning and monthly forecasts ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting to support informed decisionmaking.
Monitor and manage cash flow of the company optimizing working capital to ensure adequate liquidity for growth.
Promote productivity enhancements across both frontoffice and backoffice functions by streamlining financial operations and increasing efficiency through process optimization and automation.
Lead the deployment of an ERP system ensuring that financial systems are appropriately scaled for growth.
Identify financial risks proactively and implement strategies to mitigate them ensuring the company remains financially stable and compliant with all relevant regulations including tax audit and governance standards.
Manage external audits tax submissions and regulatory compliance to reduce risk exposure.
Team Leadership and Development:
Create and lead a highperforming finance and accounting team promoting a culture of ongoing improvement mentorship and professional growth.
Tackle long standing issues in the finance department to establish stability accountability and a structured approach that enhances performance.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for investors lenders and external stakeholders. Deliver financial reports forecasts and strategic initiatives to the board of directors and executive leadership team.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with financial institutions auditors and external advisors.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Business Finance or closely related fields. Candidates with MBA CPA or CFA are plus.
Minimum of 10year experience in financial role including management of the P&L performance partnership and advisory to management; experience in ecommerce retail or tech industry is highly preferred.
Experience with high volume retail transactions and ERP systems implementation is essential.
Excellent communication skills strong mentoring and coaching skills.
Solid and proven track record in M&A fundraising investor relations and international expansion.
