Job Description

Our client is a fastgrowing company specialized in education industry who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Manage all accounting activities of the center system including the establishment implementation and maintenance of the accounting system financial reporting and budget management.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports business operation reports including periodic reports (monthly quarterly annually) and ad hoc reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations prepare and submit tax reports and interact with tax authorities as necessary.
Supervise and carry out tax calculations and other financial obligations related to the business operations.
Manage and guide the accounting team to ensure efficiency and performance.
Optimize processes and implement continuous improvements to enhance the performance and effectiveness of the accounting department.
Closely collaborate with other departments such as Human Resources Marketing and Management to ensure seamless communication and synchronized support throughout the system.
Work closely with the technology department to optimize accounting processes through digital technology.
Establish relationships with regulatory agencies such as Tax Authorities and Banks to stay updated on new requirements and policies for practical application.
Resolve arising financial issues and advise management on plans to ensure financial benefits for the company.
Propose recommendations to prevent business risks and suggest optimal solutions to attract financial resources for the companys budget.
Organize audits and reviews of financial receipts/payments; manage obligations for tax collection and payment to the State Budget. Review reconcile follow up on and recover debts.
Monitor and supervise the use of financial expenditures asset purchases and equipment. Identify instances of improper use of expenses or assets and report them with recommendations for action.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting Auditing or Finance.
At least 5 years of experience working in the accounting field preferably in education or multifacility financial management including at least 3 years of experience in a chief accountant position.
Preference for candidates with professional certifications such as ACCA CMA or CFA.
Proficient in accounting software such as Misa SAP or equivalent systems.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.
Candidates with auditing experience are preferred.
Good leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Attention to detail meticulousness and the ability to work under pressure.
