About The Company
Our client is a forwardthinking investment firm focused on advancing healthcare and personal care in emerging markets. Headquartered in Southeast Asia they have built a strong presence across the region with operations in multiple countries and a commitment to sustainable growth.
As part of their mission to improve healthcare access they are launching a chain of clinics offering general health internal medicine cardiology and wellness services. The first clinic will open in mid2025 with plans to expand to several locations reflecting their dedication to innovation and patientfocused care.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage medical and clinical operations ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices.
Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures related to medical care tailored to meet the companys needs.
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments providing medical advice and consultation to executives and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement monitoring key performance indicators and implementing initiatives to optimize healthcare delivery.
Lead interdisciplinary teams encouraging collaboration communication and knowledge sharing among medical professionals and staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including medical associations government bodies and community organizations to promote healthcare initiatives and partnerships.
Stay updated on emerging trends research and best practices in healthcare to ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of medical advancements.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid medical license.
10 years in senior medical leadership roles including multisite management.
Proven experience in establishing or scaling healthcare facilities.
Strong background in developing clinical protocols and managing medical teams.
Proficiency in healthcare management systems.
Expertise in accreditation standards and regulatory compliance.
