Our client is a fast growing technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Design and implement a sales and business development strategy that consistently meets or surpasses revenue targets ensuring sustainable financial growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including potential partnerships and strategic alliances that align with the companys strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients serving as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead and manage the sales team providing guidance coaching and mentoring to ensure their success and continuous improvement in performance.
Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute the companys overall business strategy ensuring alignment across all departments.
Assess market trends and customer needs adapting the sales strategy to stay competitive and responsive to evolving market conditions.
Ensure the sales team is aligned with the companys core values and culture promoting a cohesive and effective sales approach.
Identify and negotiate new contracts while managing renewals of existing contracts to maximize revenue and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide regular detailed reports to the management team on the companys sales performance and pipeline offering insights for strategic decisionmaking.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows enhancing brand visibility and networking opportunities.
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related fields
At least 12 years of experience in management role with a proven track record of large sales deals preferably in the IT industry.
Willing to have business trips as assigned including travel between Vietnamese offices and travel internationally
Strong understanding of B2B sales
Possess leadership skills exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
