SO Senior Robotic Process Automation Officer RPA

• Study and assess the business processes from the automation perspective and derive the automation roadmap.
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop and configure automation workflows to streamline and optimize business processes.
• Perform testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Maintain and update existing RPA solutions as needed. Design develop and test automation workflows.
• Deploy RPA components including bots robots development tools code repositories and logging tools.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise in daytoday running of RPA processes and provide timely resolutions.
• Provide training and support to endusers and stakeholders on RPA tools and digital solutions.
• Create documentation and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and support.
• Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
• Recommend and implement digital solutions that align with business goals including but not limited to cloud computing IoT Al and data analytics.

Qualifications :

• Graduation: Computer science/IT/similar ITrelated field
• Proficient in English
• Design develop and implement RPA solutions using industryleading RPA tools (e.g. UiPath Power Automate Automation Anywhere). Automation Anywhere experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen in order to manage internal and external stakeholder contacts.
• Document RPA processes and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Assist in the development of RPA governance and best practices.
• Professional experience in SAP automation Web automation and Excel automation is essential.
• Basic programming knowledge on HTML JavaScript (or any scripting language).
• Experience with Databases (MS SQL APAC etc.) often preferred.
• Experience with development methodologies is preferred.
• Ability to present technical details to nontechnical audiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Excellent problemsolving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
• Automation Anywhere certifications preferred.
