Our client is a topnotch technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Support the recruitment and mentorship of engineers for our expanding team in Vietnam.
Work with global teams to enhance engineers skills and address complex technical challenges.
Consult with clients providing expert guidance on best practices for establishing and optimizing their eCommerce platforms.
Collaborate with technology professionals worldwide to develop innovative scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
Requirements
At least six years of experience in a software engineering role.
Strong English communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Expertise in JavaScript and Playwright or Java and Appium leading automated testing initiatives. Ideally experience in both web and mobile testing.
Demonstrated experience in corporate/retail environments focused on eCommerce working with technology and business teams to improve user experiences.
Proven ability to work with onshore and offshore teams utilizing asynchronous communication to deliver efficiently.
Strong QA skills with handson experience improving product quality alongside crossfunctional teams (developers business analysts customer service operations etc.).
Capability to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies ensuring optimal test coverage and product quality.
Track record of implementing test frameworks and managing testing environments.
Ability to design articulate and conduct functional regression and performance tests with a focus on expanding endtoend test coverage.
Familiarity with various software development methodologies including SDLC Agile and Waterfall.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using monitoring tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Excellent documentation and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
A collaborative approach with a proactive mindset capable of raising and discussing challenges and potential improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
ISTQB or Agile Test Certification (Foundation level or higher).
Tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
Knowledge in security related to authentication and authorization.
Handson experience with AWS platforms.
Expertise in writing detailed and reliable test cases to ensure code quality.
Experience in facilitating discussions around software testing contributing technical insights.
