Our client is a leading FMCG company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
This position includes scope of marketing work divided into 2 main task groups: by brand and by region.
Manage and build the shops brand on ecommerce platforms through advertising tools ensuring compliance with regulations from ecommerce platforms.
Optimize the product display layout of the shop to attract consumers.
Develop programs and control sales activities in collaboration with related departments.
Create and implement periodic activities such as live streams and advertising packages on ecommerce platforms; utilize tools to help the shop increase traffic and sales.
Build a list of keywords and an appropriate advertising budget optimizing campaigns.
Plan affiliate marketing strategies and collaborate with partners to enhance sales effectiveness.
Optimize customer experience monitor and address customer feedback increase conversion rates and retain customers.
Collect data compile reports to evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign and propose improvements.
Monitor the performance of key shops that have longterm contracts with the company including sales performance fluctuations in quantity and display quality.
Collaborate with the Consumer Marketing Department and Sales to develop POSM/ display program plans to support the brand for various purposes such as launches relaunches market support and key products. Work with logistics teams and agents to produce and deliver POSM on time.
Guide the sales team before implementation.
Coordinate with other market marketing officers (responsible for regions) to summarize progress/ quality; promote sales while maintaining the timing and quality of programs across the Northern region.
Manage brand activities in the region by collaborating with other marketing officers and sales teams.
Analyze market data to inform trade marketing strategies and enhance product visibility at retail points.
Gather information from other market marketing officers (brand managers) regarding POSM/ display programs.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement these programs ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Submit reports to the market marketing officer (brand manager) and the Head of Market Marketing.
A bachelors degree in economics marketing business administration or related fields
At least one year of experience in trade marketing sales supervision or display management within the FMCG industry familiar with marketing on ecommerce platforms.
Ability to perform SEO Google Ads Meta Ads etc.
Experience in writing creative content across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in designing editing and producing videos. (e.g. Adobe Canva ect.).
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
Basic English communication skills.
Proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth.
Strong abilities in communication presentation and teamwork.
Ready to travel for work as required.
