Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Civil Engineer
Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in the value engineering/value analysis of any infrastructure project
Willing to work overseas
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze alternative schemes of achieving the project objectives by removing the nonessential feature
Provide necessary functions in the project based on value engineering principles
Analyze and audit the projects performance based on value engineering principles
Analyze alternative construction methodology and material
Assist the structural River Training Specialist in providing inputs on the Project Implementation work plan/methodology
