Job Description: Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries from patients and healthcare providers. - Making outbound calls to follow up on appointments, provide reminders, and gather relevant information. - Assisting with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and updating patient records. - Collaborating with other departments to resolve patient issues and provide necessary support. - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times. - Adhering to protocols, guidelines, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective communication. Requirements: - Motivated and adaptable individual with a passion for helping others. - Strong cooperation and communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software and systems. - Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus but not required.
