Schedule:
- Parttime 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 8 AM to 12 PM

Job Description
As a Virtual Bookkeeper you ll be the financial backbone of this dynamic restaurant group. Using industryspecific software like Restaurant365 you ll manage crucial financial operations across multiple locations. This role offers a unique blend of traditional accounting and modern restaurant management providing you with invaluable experience in a growthoriented environment. You ll have the opportunity to directly impact the company s success by providing accurate financial insights that drive strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions using Restaurant365
- Process invoices and handle accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile bank activities and match payments to invoices
- Generate and analyze key financial reports (P&L balance sheets labor reports COGS)
- Prepare weekly financial reviews for management
- Maintain meticulous financial records
- Contribute to financial decisionmaking with timely accurate data
- Collaborate with the CFO and other team members to optimize financial processes
Requirements
- Accounting degree
- 23 years bookkeeping experience restaurant industry preferred
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software willingness to master Restaurant365
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills
- Selfmotivated with excellent time management abilities
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
Accounting degree 2-3 years bookkeeping experience, restaurant industry preferred Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial management Proficiency in accounting software, willingness to master Restaurant365 Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities Fluent English with strong communication skills Reliable internet connection for remote work
