As a Reservations Agent you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for handling reservations and inquiries efficiently ensuring a seamless booking process. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing guest bookings changes and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism.
- Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries via phone email and other communication channels.
- Providing detailed information on room types rates packages and amenities to assist guests in selecting their ideal stay.
- Maintaining uptodate knowledge of hotel services promotions and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensuring special requests and preferences are noted and communicated effectively to relevant departments.
- Collaborating with the front office and sales team to maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving bookingrelated issues promptly and effectively.
You will demonstrate a guestcentric approach with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality industry along with:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work TuesdaySaturday.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and familiarity with reservations software is an advantage.
- A positive and professional demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
