Job Description
At Ibis Budget Hotel we take pride in providing exceptional experiences to our guests. As a part of our dedicated team you will have the opportunity to contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for travellers. We are currently looking for a reliable and customerfocused Guest Service Agent to join us.
Key duties include:
- Process and assist with guest arrivals departures and room allocations
- Attend guest queries in a timely manner
- Address complaints presented by guest in an efficient and positive manner
- Maintain a high level of health and safety of all patrons guests and staff members
Qualifications :
Skills and experience
- A positive can do & customer focused attitude
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to handle guest complaints
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience using FOLS would be advantageous
