Program Lead Design & Research Noida
Experience: 8 years
Salary: Up to 19 lPA
Role Summary:
As Lead Program Design & Research you will spearhead the design development and execution of innovative educational programs while driving training initiatives to enhance teacher capacity and program impact. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions develop program frameworks and implement training strategies that align with org goals.
Responsibilities:
Program Design and Development:
End to end conceptualization and development of innovative scalable program frameworks addressing key challenges in education STEM 21st century skills ICT AI
Design solutions focused on digital education teacher empowerment and STEM integration in government schools.
Ensure alignment of program strategies with organisational goals need of the government schools and government policies .
Training and Capacity Building:
Develop comprehensive training modules and resources to build teacher capacity in technology integration and pedagogy.
Conduct training needs assessments to tailor content and delivery for diverse audiences including teachers and education administrators.
Oversee the execution of largescale training programs ensuring high engagement and measurable outcomes.
Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL):
Work with the MEL team to design and implement robust MEL frameworks to track program effectiveness and teacher/student outcomes.
Analyse data to assess program impact and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Support Program Implementation and Management:
Support program implementation including planning execution monitoring and troubleshooting.
Manage resources and risks to deliver impactful outcomes within deadlines.
Innovation and Impact Building:
Drive innovation in program design by incorporating emerging technologies and global best practices.
Build evidencebased impact frameworks to demonstrate program effectiveness and influence policylevel decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with government stakeholders donors and partner organizations to cocreate program solutions.
Advocate for adoption and scaleup of orgs programs across public systems.
Knowledge Management and Documentation:
Develop knowledge products including case studies reports and manuals to share best practices and lessons learned.
Promote a culture of learning within the organisation to drive innovation and effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Development:
Mentor program managers and coordinators fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools knowledge and resources for successful program delivery.
Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree in Education Public Policy Development Studies or related fields.
Experience: 812 years of experience in program design development implementation and training in the education sector.
