This position involves developing new tires maintaining existing ones creating test plans analyzing data for design recommendations and collaborating closely with KRDC development engineers on both OEM and Replacement projects. Travel to manufacturing plants is required to assist in new tire development. Participation in tirerelated organizations is also a key aspect of the role.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions):
1. Do you have a BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
2. Do you have 7 years of tire development experience required.
3. Advanced knowledge of tire construction mold design and tread pattern optimization.
4. Do you have Handson experience with CATIA V5 for tire design.
5. Do you have basic understanding and application of tire FEA.
6. Do you have proven ability to work with crossfunctional and international teams.
7. Do you have understanding of plant activities like component preparation tire building and curing processes.
8. Do you have familiarity with tirerelated regulations and industry standards (e.g. TRA ETRTO USTMA).
9. Do you have the ability to analyze tire performance data to make design recommendations.
10 Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
