Job Description
- Contract Labour Management
- Support in negotiation administer and monitor contracts with Contract Labour agencies and suppliers.
- Experience in Contract Labour Management System
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Labour laws and regulations pertaining to Contract Labour.
- Manage the discipline among contract workers.
- Support in resolving disputes and grievances related to Contract Labour.
- Support in implementation of policies and procedures for the e ective management of contract Labour.
- Industrial Relations

- Implement IR strategies aligned with the organizations overall business objectives.
- Maintain relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
- Support in negotiation and collective bargaining agreements.
- Support in handling Labour disputes
- Data Management
- Ensure compliance with Labour laws and regulations
- Conduct internal investigations of Labourrelated complaints and grievances.
