Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Institutional Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth in our institutional client segment. This role requires a strong background in sales relationship management and industry insights to identify and cultivate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard clients interested in liquidity solutions.
- Engage and sign startup brokerages for comprehensive broker solutions.
- Reach out to potential clients to present the companys services effectively.
- Handle inquiries from prospective customers and provide accurate professional responses.
- Educate clients about the companys offerings addressing their needs and resolving any concerns.
- Conduct followups on client interactions recommending tailored services to meet their specific requirements.
- Oversee the delivery of purchased services ensuring seamless execution and exceptional postsale support.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions by updating tools systems and reports with relevant information.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities providing actionable insights to the team.
- Attend training sessions to refine knowledge techniques and skills.
- Report directly to the Head of Sales ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Source regional introducers to promote business solutions in their areas.
- Build and sustain a network of countryspecific business developers.
- Represent the company at global industry expos and other professional events.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the FX industry with a preference for local nationals.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.
- Skills: Strong communication negotiation and organizational abilities.
- Personality: Teamoriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Education: University degree in a relevant discipline.
